Founder and President 

Donna Douglas has been dedicating her career to educating students with intellectual disabilities for more than two decades.

Her passion for the performing arts, including dance and drama, has led her to teach a wide variety of dance genres to her young adult students, providing them with the chance to showcase their talents in performances and competitions.

Mrs. Douglas has a wealth of experience and knowledge that she uses to empower her students and inspire them to reach their full potential. Through her guidance, her students gain confidence, discipline, and the ability to express themselves creatively through the art of dance.

At Caring Heart Eagles, our mission is to empower and support special needs children in their journey to reach their full potential. We are committed to providing resources, programs, and services that promote the development of cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills in a safe and inclusive environment. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of special needs children and their families by fostering independence, self-esteem, and a sense of belonging.
